Finis tech toc is a simple training aid that can be worn around the waist and provides clear feedback on hip position while swimming. The tech toc emits a clearly audible sound when rotating from left to right. In addition to an audible sound you can also see a ball bearing shifting to the side of the tech toc. This provides good feedback on the swimming stroke and requires proper hip rotation body position and entry. To hear the sound the hip rotation must be executed correctly. The tech toc also features a delay function that forces swimmers to exaggerate their hip rotation ideal for beginner swimmers. Swimming with the tech toc improves timing and reinforces strong hip rotation. Additionally the sound provides a stroke rhythm and a symmetrical roll from one side to the other. Through good hip rotation while swimming you will ultimately swim faster and more efficiently. The tech toc can be used for front crawl and back crawl as well as breaststroke and butterfly. To do this you need to remove the tech toc from the strap and turn it a quarter turn. The tech toc has a nylon carrying strap is adjustable and fits everyone.
