I love that this pack comes with three different resistance levels (5kg, 6kg, and 7kg). It makes it very easy to switch between exercises and increase the intensity as I get stronger. The quality is solid for home workouts!

The resistance bands do its intended function and it does not wear and tear easily. These are pretty much good quality for its price and would definitely buy my next set soon
