Cancellation policy Only consumers are entitled to the right of revocation. A consumer within the meaning of these cancellation instructions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity. Consequences of the revocation If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. Les droits légaux ne sont pas limités par la garantie. Le contenu de la garantie est une garantie de durabilité sur toutes les pièces en bois de l'objet acheté. Cette garantie n'est valable que si l'objet acheté a été monté correctement et si des ancrages officiellement autorisés par Wickey (ancrage angulaire, ancrage de sol, ancrage de base, ancrage de poteau) sont utilisés pendant toute la durée d'utilisation conformément à nos instructions de montage. Tu peux acheter des ancrages autorisés en conséquence dans notre boutique en ligne. La garantie comprend une obligation d'indemnisation de Wickey en cas de pourrissement de parties en bois de l'objet acheté en raison d'influences météorologiques. La durée de la garantie (délai de garantie) sur toutes les pièces en bois est de 10 ans. La garantie commence à la réception de la marchandise. La garantie s'étend sur 10 ans. La garantie prend fin à l'expiration des 10 ans. Si des défauts sont reconnus par le fabricant, les frais occasionnés par une action de rappel et de renvoi ne sont pas couverts par cette garantie. La garantie n'est pas transférable. La garantie prend fin si l'article en bois est vendu par tes soins. Dans ce cas, la garantie expire à la conclusion du contrat de vente. Ne sont pas couverts par la garantie les dommages dus à une manipulation non conforme, les dommages dus à un montage incorrect des éléments en bois, les dommages dus à un rangement inapproprié, les dommages dus à l'usure naturelle, à la détérioration, à la surcharge, les dommages dus à l'utilisation d'accessoires/de compléments/de pièces rapportées et de produits d'entretien non autorisés par le fabricant, les dommages dus à des influences ou événements extérieurs tels que les dommages dus à une tempête, à une inondation ou à l'eau du robinet, les dommages qui ne sont pas liés à l'objet de la vente, appelés dommages indirects, Les défauts mineurs qui n'affectent pas de manière significative la valeur ou l'utilisation de l'objet, les dommages corporels. Le champ d'application géographique de la protection de garantie s'étend au territoire national de la République fédérale d'Allemagne au sens de l'article 11, paragraphe 1, de la Loi fondamentale.
