the continental terra trail protection is the ideal choice for gravel cyclists who often go off-road and need a reliable tire for more demanding conditions. It offers excellent traction stability and durability thanks to which it can cope with gravel forest roads field trails and rocky terrain. The tire construction is designed to provide confidence in the terrain while maintaining good rolling on hard surfaces.the specific tread pattern of the tire is more open and aggressive than that of fast gravel models. The central pattern ensures a smooth rolling and good energy transfer when pedaling while the more pronounced side knobs provide reliable grip when passing through corners and when riding on loose or wet surfaces. This makes the tire suitable for more technically demanding gravel routes and longer adventure rides.the great advantage of the tire is the premium blackchili compound which was developed in continental's german laboratories. This compound ensures excellent grip lower rolling resistance and a long tire life. The result is an optimal combination of performance durability and riding comfort.the protection technology provides high protection against punctures thanks to the multi-layer construction of the tire carcass. The protective layer protects the tread and sidewalls without negatively affecting the weight or driving characteristics. The tire is also prepared for tubeless ready use which allows riding without a tube with sealant reducing tire pressure and improving comfort and traction in the terrain.the continental terra trail is the ideal choice for cyclists looking for a durable and reliable gravel tire for more demanding routes bikepacking and everyday off-road adventures.main benefits: * universal gravel tire suitable for more demanding terrain * more aggressive tread for better traction on gravel and softer surfaces * blackchili compound for maximum grip and long service life * protection technology for increased protection against punctures * tubeless ready construction for tubeless use * stable behavior and confidence in cornerstechnical features: * use: gravel / adventure / bikepacking * dimension: 700x35c / 28 × 1.35 * etrto: 35-622 * footer: kevlar (collapsible) * compound: blackchili compound * protection: protection * tpi: 3/180 * compatibility: tubeless ready * recommended pressure: approx 4.0 – 6.5 bar * weight: approx. 420 g
