Had never tried a carbon plated shoe before these as I'm now at the stage of my running where pb's are a thing of the past and it didn't seem worth spending hundreds on a supershoe just for racing. Saw these and at such insane value (£59.99 for my size!) I took a punt. Can't overstate how great they feel. Ultra lightweight and you get such a bounce
One of the most bang per buck type of super trainers/running shoes. Very breathable, bouncy and speedy. Suitable for running speed higher than 5:30 minutes/km as the carbon plate is very forgiving. Suitably large to my feet which is good for longer usage and cool to the feet. Highly recommended for first time and seasoned users need for budget
