This really does not work
I have tried using this product a few times to stop chafing on my legs (esp from phones/keys in running shorts) and it hasn't worked. I have done this on runs from 15k to 50k it only seems to make a difference on the shorter runs. You are much better just using vaseline or baby oil.
Note: I am a heavy sweater when exercising so this might
