Overall performance
I used this to tighten my knee for marathon, since I've encountered the knee problems weeks before. It really helps on the first half of the journey, but wasn't give a good support on the remaining distance, which only can walk. Overall, it is helpful, otherwise I may have KO on the first 25% of the entire journey.
