This is the best running fuel that I've found so far. I find them easier to digest than gels and a lot less messy to consume. It can be frustrating to have an empty gel packet and no bins nearby, holding it in your hand can make a sticky mess whereas these come in tiny, easy to open wrappers which don't get sticky so you can stash them in a pocket
