It’s covered with a cheap feel...
It’s covered with a cheap feeling and ugly looking white print that I think will chafe and flake off if used for running. Going to return. It looked better in the picture.

Very good
I use while riding bike scooter and road cycle. I use as protection from dust and wind. Would recommend people to use. Will definitely give you some protection from ever increasing pollution dust created by over construction.
