With the finis foam pull buoy junior you can optimally train your arms. The junior model is intended for children and adolescents up to 12 years of age. Place the pull buoy between your legs and due to its buoyancy it lifts your legs bringing your body into a straight line. With a pull buoy you keep your legs still allowing you to concentrate on arm training and strengthen your arm muscles. Additionally you can effectively train hip rotation.
