Product as is, however as recommended consumption is 5g, quite difficult to accommodate to that as per capsule is .75g of creatine. Moreover, the information regarding that it is 4 capsules to attain 3g of creatine was not clear, thus, I assumed wrongly for a good period of time taking only 1 capsule assuming it was 3g.
