I have been using the mat for a few weeks now and I am really happy that I purchased this. The thickness is enough to support my back and absorb impact during my workout. The grip of the mat is strong. The design is uncommon to be seen but that is creative! The mat is also super light. Do not expect it to be heavy like rubbe mat.
