This is incredibly lightweight
I had an older 190 gram decathlon wind jacket and upgrade to this
(I do miss the various pockets the old wind jacket had, but was willing to give them up for the weight reduction
Also. The stretch in this jacket is excellent. Allowing for a perfect fit while wearing, stretching, bending etc
