Any adidas product manufactured or purchased within the past two years is eligible for an RMA. You must also provide a copy of the original sales receipt or other proof of purchase. To make a warranty claim, please contact us and send photos clearly showing the defect along with the item number (ART# is a six-digit numeric or alphanumeric number on the price tag) and the product itself. If items have been damaged for other reasons, including damage due to negligence, misuse or wear and tear, we will not reimburse.
