The beco bebell is a new generation of aqua dumbbells. Use the bebell aqua dumbbells in the water to train the shoulder arm and core muscles. The bebell aqua dumbbells combine buoyancy and resistance allowing you to perform many different exercises in the water. The bebell aqua dumbbells can be used in various aqua fitness workouts aimed at improving coordination balance and flexibility as well as strengthening power and endurance. Thanks to the ergonomically shaped handle the bebell dumbbells fit well in the hand and are easy to hold. The shield at the top of the handle provides extra resistance. The bebell is made from a single piece and contains no loose parts. This makes the bebell aqua dumbbells robust and durable. The bebell dumbbells are made of epp material (expanded polypropylene foam). The material has a low density and absorbs hardly any water giving the bebell dumbbells high buoyancy in the water. The material is also very robust and strong. The bebell aqua dumbbells are available in two sizes; the larger the size the more resistance and buoyancy the bebell dumbbells offer and therefore the more challenging the exercises in the water will be.
