Cheap, effective, could be mad...
Cheap, effective, could be made even lighter with more holes for breathability in hot weather. Never really used it in cold or temperate climate so can't comment on that. Wear this item under a body armor or a biking jersey, to avoid direct contact with skin. Decathlon had similar items in their lineup 15 to 20 years ago made of mesh material
