Manufacturing defect

I used this for single time but it's threads become outside product not in condition to wear it again after that I approached to decathlon they denied for warranty or guarantee claim..I haven't hope this type of service by decathlon

VALUE FOR MONEY TROUSER

I BOUGHT THIS TROUSER AFTER MY FRIEND'S RECOMMENDATION. I THINK I HAVE MADE A GREAT CHOICE DOING SO.
THIS IS A GO TO PANT... DURABEL, LIGHT, COMFORTABLE, USE TO WEAR IT ANYWHERE.

STICHING IS FINE (BUT EXTRA STICHING FOR AESTHETICS/FOLDES ARE NOT DURABLE)

All good but few small things missing

Material, fitting is good but if back pockets are added and zip added to front pockets then it will be best.
@decatlon please add the above and increase the price a bit for the best
