I tried this product when camping and just couldn't sleep with it. the centre of it is sunken in and made me feel a bit nauseous. I did however use it along with a snood and a fleece the following night and had a better night sleep, so it's great if you combine it but on its own it's not the comfiest - not for me anyway!
