Wore this up to swiss alps and this kept me warm most of the time. We experienced a snow storm on 1 of the mountain trips but this kept me dry. The water repellent properties were great!
I was very happy that I purchased this jacket. While it was not snowing in Washington DC when I traveled there for a work-related seminar, it was very chilly and windy.
