Great foam block which does its job well. Regularly using it during my yoga sessions, as support, and rest pillow. Very light, which may not give much stability as you want, but does the other functions well.

This foam yoga block is a total game changer. Super light and strong enough to hold me up when I'm stretching like crazy in yoga class.
It has that soft but firm vibe. Comfy on the hands and knees, but it doesn’t squish. I use it when I can't quite reach the floor or when I want to chill in a deep stretch. The edges are smooth so there's no
