It’s slippery
The mat looks nice, the thickness is comfortable and it sticks to the ground, but the surface is too slippery for yoga, and I didn’t even start to sweat. I was a bit dissapointed since there were so many great reviews.

Material is little sticky and because of prolonged roll form, it does not straighten up fully. Otherwise good and comfortable feel.

Polecam! Mata dobrze się sprawdza do cwiczen pilatesowych i yogi. Nie slizgaja sie stopy, grubosc maty na duzy plus. Nie jest b. ciezka.
