Combineer squats, presses, cable fly's, lat pulldowns, rows, pull-ups en dips. Montage met minimaal twee personen; reken op circa vier uur. Voor intensief thuisgebruik en regulier gebruik in een kleinschalige PT-studio, niet voor continu hoogfrequent gebruik in een grote sportschool.
