Nice thickness and comfort. BUT if you have sweaty palms/feet, the plasticy (oily and greasy) surface is way too slippy. Dangerous, even. I have added a yoga towel from another supplier and now it works great

The worst yoga mat, very sticky and uncomfortable chemical film on the yoga mat .Wash and scrub with soap afterwards still has the strong smell and that uncomfortable flimsy feeling when you touch with your hands .
